Bonjesta® Savings Card
Eligible commercially insured patients may pay as little as $45 for a one-month prescription of Bonjesta® (doxylamine succinate and pyridoxine hydrochloride). Simply download the Bonjesta® Savings Card and present it to MDR along with your prescription to access the savings.

Eligibility Requirements
- Available to eligible commercially insured patients.
- Not valid for patients whose prescriptions are reimbursed under Medicare, Medicaid, or other federal or state healthcare programs.

Enrollment Instructions
- Download your Bonjesta® Savings Card and refer to Option 2 for retail pharmacy savings.
- Present the co-pay savings card to MDR when you’re ready to pay for your prescription.
