Patients with commercial insurance coverage for Crinone® 8% (progesterone gel) will pay as little as $15 for their co-pay, up to a maximum savings of $200 per 30-day supply. Simply download a savings card and present it to MDR along with your prescription for Crinone® 8%.

Eligibility Requirements
- Valid for patients with commercial insurance coverage for Crinone® 8%
- Not valid for patients receiving prescription reimbursement under any federal, state, or government funded insurance plan.
Enrollment Instructions
- Go to www.allergansavingscard.com/crinone.
- Complete your personal information.
- Download your co-pay savings card.
- Present the co-pay savings card to MDR when you’re ready to pay for your prescription.
